i dislike drinking water and i had heard in the past that it is ok to drink water with powdered mixes in them. teas, juices, etc...am i still getting enought daily water intake if i am drinking it with the mixes?Is water still ';healthy'; to drink if you add powdered mixes (tea, juices...)in it?
To my mind, once ';water'; has something mixed in with it, it is no longer ';water'; but something else!
However..... if you must add things to it to get it down, to keep it as ';like water'; as possible, avoid anything that contains: sugars, caffeine, colours, sweeteners, additives, salts etc etc.
One thing you could add fairly safely would be a little dash of lemon juice or lime juice. Some of the herbal teas are are quite palatable (peppermint, chamomile %26amp; ginger are some of my favourites), but remember, you can't add sugar!Is water still ';healthy'; to drink if you add powdered mixes (tea, juices...)in it?
