Bubble tea recipes and powder substitutes?

Any recipes for fruit flavor bubble tea without using bubble tea powder? Any ideas for powder substitutes, like jello, drink mix, kool-aid, etc. I know it sounds crazy but I'm open to all thoughts. Any experiences to share? Just curious. ThanksBubble tea recipes and powder substitutes?
