Hopely, I want to make green tea jam with natural green colour.I'm looking for a recipe for green tea jam. How would you make it with green tea powder?
I found several recipes for basic 'tea jam'. I would simply substitute your green tea. Though a couple call for using tea bags, just make the tea using your powder and proceed from there.

Also, here's a couple of recipes I found for a green tea jelly
dessert. These may give you an idea for ingredients for your
jam:
Green Tea Jelly
Ingredients
1 cup + 4 tbsp water
1 tbsp green tea leaves
1 tsp of agar flakes (extra 1/2 tsp if you like your jelly on the firmer side)
1 tbsp mild honey
2 slivers of ginger
Some lemon peel
Method
Bring 4 tbsp water to a boil, remove from heat and let stand for a couple of minutes. Add tea leaves, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain the leaves and reserve the liquid.
Place the agar flakes in a small sauce pan, add 1 cup of water, and bring to the boil. Cover and let simmer 5-10 minutes or until the flakes have dissolved, stirring every now and then.
When flakes have dissolved, add 1 tbsp honey and stir well. Add lemon peel and ginger and let steep for a few minutes. Add the tea infusion, stir again, and divide the mixture between 2 small individual jelly moulds. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until set. When ready to serve, remove from moulds and decorate with lemon twists.

.I'm looking for a recipe for green tea jam. How would you make it with green tea powder?
Here is a Rosebud tea Jelly which seems like it could be made with any flavorful tea and still work well .
2 oz of Rosebud Loose Tea Blend
2 cups of water
3 cups of sugar
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup red grape juice
2 oz pectin
Directions:
Boil 2 oz of tea in the 2 cups water. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Let stand for 5 min. Remove tea bags or strain loose tea leaves out if needed. Place tea in a preserving pan or suitable saucepan. Add the juices and pectin. Boil hard for 1 minute. Add the sugar and stir well. Boil mixture hard 1 minute more. Remove from heat.
Test for setting - it should make a soft jelly, not a thick jam. Do this by placing a teaspoonful of the hot mixture on a saucer. Leave it to cool: the surface should wrinkle when pushed with a finger. If it is still runny, return the pan to the heat and continue boiling and testing until the jelly sets.
Ladle the jelly into sterilized glass jars and seal with waxed paper circles and cellophane lids secured with rubber bands. Decorate the tops of the jars with circles of fabric held in place with lengths of ribbon.
