Omg making this drink iced is your worst nightmare!!! fckn green tea powder sticks to the bottom and u have to stir the crap out of it..i need help! its summer and ive been having customers ordering it..STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES!! How do you make an iced green tea latte without having the powder stick on the bottom?
I place the Matcha Powder in the beverage right after I put ice. After the ice and Matcha, put the lid on it and gentley rotate it by holding the top of the cup. The Matcha Powder dissolves very quickly using this method.

It's my favorite drink to make since it's rarily asked for and it's so unique.





You first put in the required pumps of melon syrup. Then add the milk to the second (upper) green line. Add some ice but leave about 1/2 an inch of space...add the scoops of matcha on top of the ice...put on the lid...then swirl the cup around in circular motions until the matcha sinks and swirls in the cup...it will disperse nicely without leaving chunks and will end up being creamy and delcious!
