What's that dessert that's made of tea biscuits, cocoa powder, and cream called?

I was -just- watching this show on the Saudi channel, and the lady was making this dessert using tea biscuits, cocoa powder, and cream mixed together, then formed into a log, and frozen. I've had it before and liked it, but I just can't remember the name of it; all I know is that it starts with an S sound and it has more than one name. Do you know what it's called?What's that dessert that's made of tea biscuits, cocoa powder, and cream called?
I'm not positive this is it, but I've had it before, and if it's not -- at least it will be worth trying as well.
