I don't know where perth is but you should be able to find them at your local asian markets. If you don't have one near you get them on-line. Enter bubble tea supplies on your search and your good to go. Flavors will come in powders or syrups. There will be instructions on how to make them.
You will need to buy the bubbles (tapioca balls), flavors and the big straw to suck the bubbles up.Where do you buy bubble tea powder in perth?
do u mean the perth in scotland?
if so try a natural shop, or maybe lush.
or you can make it:
Buy juice (any flavor) and a blender if you don't have one. Get ice too. Alternately (and more commonly) a type of Black Tea is used; standard Lipton tea works fine.
Go to an Asian market (most likely to have the items needed) nearby and buy tapioca pearls and lychee (you can ask the salesperson first to see if they have it).
Combine the ice and juice in the blender until smooth. If you're using tea instead of juice:
Prepare the tea as directed on the packaging.
Chill the tea if you have time; this drink is intended to be served at a fridge-like temperature
Add sugar, milk and some ice, to taste. Often condensed milk is used in place of milk and sugar. Non-dairy products may also be used.
Don't forget to stir!
Follow the instructions on the package for the 'boba'. Usually it says something about boiling them. You may also want to skin and chop the lychee. Chop the lychee up into either squares or rectangles.
If you used tea: Add the boba to the tea. Lychee is not commonly used with black teas.
If you used juice: Put the boba in the cup along with the lychee squares/rectangles. Stir them together. Add the juice with ice blended in and voil脿! You have a bubble tea! Now that you are done, you may enjoy using a spoon or fat straw.
