if you do use tea, make sure it is room temperature, and remember , caffiene goes through the skin into the body.

Beets and tea won't do a thing for the color of the henna, it doesn't work on keratin/skin/hair like henna does.

You can make henna for hair with water or orange juice, just mix, let sit for a couple of hours and then use it.

I would love to know how the fresh leaves work , I suppose you would have to put them in a blender to grind them up with your liquid.Fresh henna leaves mixed with boiled tea and boiled beetroot or henna powder with the same combination?
